1. Various Postings to CBP's Web Site

CBP completes installation of ACE in Vermont, 54 ports are currently using ACE. CBP has issued a news release announcing that it has completed installations of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) in all land border ports in Vermont. CBP adds that with transition to ACE in Vermont, CBP is over the halfway mark for ACE deployment along the northern border and there are currently 54 ports using ACE. Additional CBP presentations from ACE Exchange II posted. CBP has posted to its Web site three additional PowerPoint presentations from its ACE Exchange II Conference that was held October 31-November 2, 2006 in Tucson, Arizona. The presentations are: ACE: Importer Perspective, Creating an ACE Portal and EDI Account, and ACE Overview and e-Manifest: Trucks. NCBFAA, IDGA ACE presentations posted. CBP has posted to its Web site two ACE overview and status PowerPoint presentations given by CBP at a National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) meeting and at the Institute for Defense and Government Advancement's (IDGA's) 2nd Annual Border Management Summit. TSA 3-1-1 campaign document posted. CBP has posted to its Web site a document on the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA's) 3-1-1 campaign. 2. Miscellaneous CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions

The antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration (ITA) are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov . AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
