CBP Posts October 2006 Customs Broker Exam and Answer Key (25% Pass Rate)

Pass Rate was 25%, Three Problem Questions
Sources have stated that the October 2006 Customs broker exam had a 25% pass rate. (The pass rate for the April 2006 exam was 13.2%.)
These sources indicate that approximately 1,500 persons took the October 2006 exam, an increase from the approximately 1,200 persons who took the April 2006 exam.
According to the answer key and sources, the October 2006 exam had three questions (41, 48, and 52) for which CBP granted credit for all answers.
