"Change requests" for e-Manifest trucks. A list of change requests/GIF for e-Manifest trucks, their expected completion date, and description. ACE installation completed in Texas and New Mexico border ports. A press release stating that on May 6, 2006, CBP concluded installations of the ACE in Texas. CBP will begin the transition to ACE at the California border ports soon. In addition, ACE will eventually roll out to the air, rail, and sea cargo ports. The release encourages truck carriers to establish ACE truck carrier accounts to ensure efficient border operations when electronic manifests (e-Manifests) are eventually mandated at all land ports. ATPDEA commercial unavailability designation. CBP notice of CITA's determination that certain flannel fabrics used in shirts, trousers, nightwear, robes and dressing gowns, and woven underwear are "commercially unavailable" and that such fabrics are not required to be formed in the U.S. or a beneficiary country.
