CBP notes that each ACE Electronic Truck Manifest participant, regardless of the computer hardware/software used, must successfully complete a period of intensive testing with CBP.

According to CBP, inquiries concerning specific capabilities should be addressed to the individual organization.

CBP states that the selection of a particular data processing service is strictly an individual user decision and that inclusions on the list do not constitute any form of an endorsement by CBP as to the nature, extent or quality of the services, which may be provided.

The May 11, 2005 list contains the name, address, and contact information for two data processing services - SECTRA, LLC and Oceanwide (USA), Inc. (CBP's initial list, dated April 26, 2005, had included only one data processing service - SECTRA, LLC.)

CBP's revised notice (dated 05/11/05) available at http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/toolbox/about/modernization/ace_vendor_list.ctt/ace_vendor_list.doc.
